By registering for any course, online event or workshop with Writes of Passage, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• You acknowledge that Do What You Love reserves the right to change advertised content (to content of an equivalent or higher value) and/or the advertised teacher(s) and/or the published class date at any time without notice.

• You acknowledge that no refunds will be given on purchases of online courses or events including the Creatives Club, online one to one coaching and any online courses to be offered in the future. Flexibility will be given to online one-to-one coaching clients to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

• You acknowledge that if you have registered for any online service, it will be run via Zoom in a password protected classroom, and that Writes of Passage takes no responsibility for the quality of your internet service.

• You give permission for us to contact you via your email address for the purposes of sending you communication related to your purchase.  

• Membership of the Creatives Club is payable every month via standing order. Even if you cannot attend on occasional weeks, this payment is non-refundable.  If you decide that you no longer wish to be a member, please email us directly at: sibbyatwritesofpassage@outlook,com - and don’t forget to cancel your standing order.

• If you are purchasing an online course, you confirm that you are purchasing a single licence for this course for individual use only. To find out more about educational or corporate rates, please email us at: sibbyatwritesofpassage@outlook.com.

• You accept that Writes of Passage has the right to change the pricing on our website, including by offering discounts and special offers in the future. Prices may be increased at any time but this will not affect any pre agreed regular or one off payment.

• You acknowledge that Writes of Passage reserves the right to delete any inappropriate material, including offensive comments or other content, from any of our classroom or website forums in order to preserve the inclusive and supportive space that we have created. This includes defamatory or abusive language, racist or other discriminating comments, as well as sales pitches or spam. In this case, Writes of Passage reserves the right to ban the user from any and all of our public forums, membership sites or groups. We will not offer a refund to any user who has been banned for this reason.
